高性能、高效率、离心水泵设计系列常温常压染色机适合处染天然纤维,如:棉、麻、丝、毛等各种松散纤维,也可用作漂练加工。

采用离心水泵设计，渗透到纤维各部分以达到匀速染色。

立式钢体结构,配备重锤式＋开关盖装置。

固定式纱笼装置配备活动式托盘并配备调节垫。

采用离心水泵设计,配备不锈钢马达罩及机座,安装在染缸底部。

离效蒸汽盘管放置在染缸内底部,增加热交换效率。

升温自动控制系统。

配备1:12预备缸缩短染色时间。

配备单独不锈钢染色平台。

产品特点PRODUCT FEATURES

采用离心水泵设计，直接安装在染缸底部，可处染散纤维密度有0.15~0.32kg/cm³，实际工作用水量1吨散纤维耗水量：10~45吨。

主泵内壁滤网式设计,可控制染液循环流向和时间,均染效果更佳。

主泵配合变频电机使用,可根据散纤维的品种密度选择需要的流量,达到处染的完美效果。

配备手轮式自动追踪纱笼锁盖装置，可防止在染色过程中染液短路造成色花等问题。

可直接或间接蒸汽加热。

Centrifugal pump directly installl at the bottom of the dyeing machine, suitable to dye 0. 15-0.32kg/cm3 density loose fiber, actual water consumption to dye 1 ton fiber is 10 45 tons.

Main pump inner wall has filter design, can control the circula-tion direction and time of the dyeing solution, the dyeing effect is better.

The main pump, combined with frequency inverter, can select the required flow rate according to the variety density of loose fiber, and achieve the perfect dyeing effect.

Equipped with handwheel type automatic carrier lock lid tracking device, can prevent dyeing defect caused by solution short circuit during the dyeing process.

Opt for direct or indirect steam heating.
